For organisations

Organisations find Fellows through what they have studied and made, then ask for an introduction — the Fellow decides.

Nobody's inbox is open by default, and it is free in v1: no fees, no commission.

Find

A verified organisation searches or browses Fellows, filters by "open to paid work", and saves Fellows to a private shortlist.

Ask

"Request an introduction" opens a short form: kind of work, a brief and timeline, an optional budget range, and "Why this Fellow?" — naming something they made or are chasing. That field alone filters out mass outreach.

Decide

The Fellow accepts, declines, or lets the request expire after 14 days with no penalty either way. If they accept, Crenoir sends one email introducing both sides — from then on, they talk directly.

Get started

Verification is a manual check — a Steward confirms your work-email domain matches your website and the purpose is real. It keeps recruiters' bulk tools and spam out.
