You keep your rights
Crenoir publishes work under no license. You, the author, keep all rights to what you submit. Published pages read "© Author, all rights reserved."
What you grant Crenoir
To publish your work at all, you grant Crenoir a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, display, and distribute it on crenoir.org — including minor formatting for consistent typography, and inclusion in citation metadata and search.
This grant does not transfer ownership, does not stop you from publishing the same work elsewhere, and ends for future use if you withdraw the work (the page becomes a short notice so citations don't break).
What you're submitting
You confirm the work is yours to submit, that any co-authors have agreed to be listed, and that you have the right to include anything inside it — quotes, data, images — or have cleared it with whoever holds those rights.
Review
Every submission is reviewed by a Crenoir steward before anything is public (D4). A steward may request changes or decline a submission; either comes with a note to you.
AI-assisted work
Crenoir's policy on AI-assisted submissions is still being written (D7, open for v1). For now, submit only work you stand behind as your own thinking.
