The short version

We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell your data. The only cookie we set is your sign-in session. We measure traffic with privacy-friendly analytics that doesn't identify you (P20).

What we collect

Account details: your email and name, and anything you add to a public profile (Fellow pages are public by design; location is optional and yours to show or hide).

What you submit: works, applications, introduction requests, and messages to Stewards.

Search queries: logged without any account or user identifier, kept for 90 days, then purged. We use these only to see what people look for and don't find.

Fellows' contact details

Organisations never see a Fellow's email before the Fellow accepts an introduction request (P12). Fellows choose which contact email is shared when they do accept.

Your controls

Download your data as a plain export, or delete your account, from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile; published works stay up, credited to the name you published under, unless you withdraw them first.

Who can see what

Published and Reviewed works, Fellow pages, and open questions are public. Internal notes, review discussion, and your sign-in email are never shown publicly.
